When our old one no longer functioned after 7 years of use I purchased the WF 3270. I fully expected it would perform as well if not better. It does not. I cannot scan two-sided copies through the ADF. I called Epson about this and they said that this was the way this was made. So surprising that a WF 3720 that's 7 years newer requires two separate pages to accomplish this task. I'll be returning. I don't yet know what else this "new" model does NOT have.
