The Epson WF 3720 software is useless, complicated and overall the most poorly designed I have run across. As I said the use of this software is not easy, you cannot change the settings, it has defaulted to settings that I can’t find and over all its useless for what I purchased it for. Its limited in the double sided use, the top loader does not scan double sided, does not copy double sided and really does not do any of the things the sales person said it would. Also, with all printers now, the printer ink is another hook these companies make you obligated to using their brand and while this ink is cheaper it’s not really cost effective since I have fewer overall copies and runs out quicker in the process. As soon as this covid drama is over I will return and purchase another HP since I know I can count on what they say they do. Always buy a replacement warranty with a printer.

Maybe it's the new laptop I bought cause I didn't have problems with my old laptop (which I can't even log in now). My new laptop is HP Pavilion X360. Any suggestions.
