I had a 3620 model before and got it exchanged (when it broke on a warranty) to this model, 3720. I rarely used it but it is already having issues and displaying errors that get fixed and pop back up again, I have never had any problems with my old Canon, maybe not more Epsons for me. The ink is pricey as well.
