I constantly have to un-jamb it and it damages the stock. In addition I changed the cartridges to refills. It seems like one I did this the system indicated a firmware update was available. Once I updated the firmware it would no longer recognize the cartridges. Anti-competitive.

Your WorkForce WF-3720 was designed to work only with genuine Epson ink cartridges, therefore some updates may affect the functionality of third-party ink. Non-Epson branded or altered Epson cartridges that functioned prior to a firmware update may not continue to function. If we can help troubleshooting issues with paper jams or anything else, please reach out to our Epson Support Team at (562)276-4382; Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 8 pm PT; Saturday, 7 am – 4 pm PT.
