Had to replace this printer with my old one. So far it’s getting the job done. Just seems to run out of ink quick

This machine works well. I thinks the ink consumption was a bit high. All in all, it gets the job done.

Just when I thought Epson made a good quality product, I find out this printer has no auto duplex feature. You have to flip one page at a time so cannot do multiple sets. It prints duplex from a computer web page just fine — Just not as a copier. That is a serious flaw and one that Epson devised just to keep the higher model $100 more. I will never buy Epson again. All my cheap Canon printer/copiers could duplex. But not this Epson.

This printer is way behind the printer I bought ten years ago which finally quit. After I use it it will sometimes sit there making banging noises and slamming itself around for hours???? It will sometimes not print PDF files after downloading them giving me a "disconnected" notice that customer support couldn't help with; I have to convert PDFs to word documents then print them. I had to move the printer to a different shelf and did not even have to turn it off or disconnect it. After gently moving it, it stopped scanning anything. I had to spend literally hours on the phone with Epson customer service which is not easy to get a hold of. The online help was completely worthless. They re-sent the drivers and after three attempts it marginally scans again. It was supposed to be connected to my PC via a USB connection but that option does not allow it to scan, nor does the Ethernet connection - only the "use previous connection" option. It gobbles ink and the black plus color 4 pack is almost as expensive as a new printer. Pass on this one.

Nice all-in-one printer, but uses up ink very quickly. We do not print much at all but needed new ink cartridges one month later.

for some reason will not scan more the one page at a time. I will be taking it in to geek squad to have them take a look at it.

I went through the entire setup, updated software, and still had problems printing initially. Then when I went to scan a document, it said I needed to download more software. Spent about an hour Googling to resolve the problem and finally found additional software that I needed to download. I downloaded the additional software so it will scan now but the scan quality is HORRIBLE and I have not been able to resolve this issue.

Meh. Another junk ink jet. Next is going to be a color laser and then I'm done with printers.

Wish we would have spent a little more money so paper tray could accommodate both letter or legal size paper

Had no problem setting up the printer and it was fine at first. But, I have constant problem with it actually printing now. It will be printing, turn off the computer then when I turn it back on and want to print -- NOTHING. Have done troubleshoot, turned off modem, turned off printer, turned off EVERYTHING. Nothing prints. Extremely frustrating.

Overall it’s ok. It does use a lot of ink if you print photos why it. I like the wireless connection feature.

Slow printing, easy set-up. Espon does not offer discounts on print cartridges.

When the printer works it is fine. I have spent three times the cost of the printer in consultant fees to get the wifi to work.

Thought this would be easy to set up but we worked for over an hour Very unhappy with this. Still cannot gets to work

This printer is a headache. I use it for college and want most of my stuff printed from and back. I have only used it in the last 2 months and it’s very frustrating. It shoots out a bunch of black pages when it is only supposed to print one page. When I want one page front and back it prints on 2 pages with a bunch a blank pages in between. Usually like a sandwich of 5-7 pages. I’ve wasted so much ink on the process of loading new ink. I’m so upset I can’t return it. I bought it for school in fall 2020 and didn’t really need it until this semester so it’s too late to return. But I’ve only used it 2 months. It’s not overused at all, just a piece of junk.

Prints nicely but, Disappointed with double sided copying. It only does one to two sided copies and can't print double sided via the top feeder. You physically have to put each page on the glass. Not efficient. Also, upon starting up, a message shows "firmware is available" after I downloaded it. I can't clear the message and it pops up upon starting every time. Can't tell if it actually loaded to the printer. Annoying.

This printer is mediocre. It uses up the ink way too fast.

The only only available for months and I needed the 7710 for sublimation but this one will do

It worked fine for several months then the piece that puts the ink to the paper went out. Had to buy another printer.

This was my first time setting up a printer on my own and the company was easy to work with when I called them with my questions.
