    Do NOT Purchase

This thing, to start off with......is better used as a prop to keep a door open rather than a printer. Why, you ask? Because it LITERALLY drinks up an ENTIRE cartridge of ink on its "warmup" procedure. I though HP printers were the absolute worst pieces of garbage....until I purchased this. Once I find a better company to spend my money with (which should be quite simple given how AWFUL Epson is)...this piece of re-fried llama droppings is getting the Office Space treatment.

Hello TheTruth, we appreciate your time in sharing your experience. The ink cartridges included with the Epson WF-3720 are designed for initial setup only and most of this ink is used to charge the ink delivery system. There are many factors that affect cartridge yield and you can find the information at www.epson.com/ink-yield-cartridge-info, along with the ink yields on the product’s home page at www.epson.com/p/C11CF24201#specifications. If you’d like to call our support team, we’d be happy to help you try to optimize any settings to improve print yield. Please call (562) 276-4382; Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm PT. Absolute Waste of Money

UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON INK DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER. You may as well go to the ATM pull out $400 and burn it in the trash. In one mother of ownership I had already spent more I spent on the printer itself. Since I purchased this, I have spent about $400 on color ink just just to be able to prink in black and half of it is wasted when the paper gets jammed. If this printer runs out of any color, this printer will not even print in b/w. If you use any type of recycled paper, it will grab multiple sheets a time, fan them out, print all over them and waste paper and valuable ink.

Super easy to install/setup/use all-in-one printer

I know it looks like just a simple wireless all-in-one printing device, but sometimes the things that work simply - are the best! That is what I like about the Epson WF-2760 ($149 list). It.Just.Works – Every feature/function works just as described. I think Epson learned from their past all-in-one printing devices and software they produced and just wanted to make things work right out of the box! Setting up the WF-3720 was the easiest printer (multi-function device) I have ever setup (and I have set up quite a number of devices over the years)! I had no problems (it even upgraded BEFORE the first install - the best feature I have seen), they even made it was fast removing it out of the box. Next, I removed the blue tape (shipping) tabs, installed the ink cartridges, connected to my network and plugged in the AC cord. Then the printer took about five minutes to initialize. The other quick steps, like setting the time and fax options are done through the color touch screen. I connected the printer by wired Ethernet; there are other options (high-speed USB, Wi-Fi, and NFC). The printer picked an IP address and then I ran the setup software on my Windows 7 PC. The setup automatically downloaded and installed revised firmware and installed the software. No headaches - I simply love it! The Epson Connect Software (which is an optional install during setup) gives you many ways to print and scan! For example, just like office environments with the big MFD (Multi-Function-Device), you can scan to an email (this takes extra time to setup your email server) - a nice feature to use while at the printer/scanner. Or you can scan files to a cloud account (Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive). I tested with my Google Drive account without any problem. For mobile users, the printer supports Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print. During testing, I printed from my wife's iPad and iPhone (under iOS 10) and on my Android phone all through my Wi-Fi network; the WF-3720 appeared as a printer option and various document types printed without any issue. There are other features that I probably won't check out until I need them, like scanning to or printing directly from an attached USB drive. All I can say is that setting up and using the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 was trouble-free. I've seen that the WF-3720 now can be found for much less than the list price, making it a great value. I repeated the setup on two other laptops (one was Windows 10) - none had problems and was fast! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I put brand new epson cartridges in 2 days ago and the black is already empty. I have only printed about 15-20 pages of documents. Cartridge says it would last about 350 pages but I'm not getting anywhere near that amount. Clogging is also a major issue. I do not use the printer on a daily basis (mostly because of the ink issue) I have to sit at my printer for over an hour doing about 15-20 nozzle head cleanings. When I do this it completely eats up all of my ink. Then finally the scanner feeder. I bought this particular model because i like the feature that i can throw a stack of papers in the feeder and either scan them to a computer or make copies. It has 2 issues that happen EVERY time 1. It jams. Even if the papers are completely flat, brand new papers. 2. It will try to take multiple pages at the same time resulting in one of 2 scenarios either my scan will be missing a page, or it will jam because it took too much.

I bought this printer for home use. The ink never lasted. I would not use the printer for weeks at a time and when needing to print the ink would already be empty. I have probably printed about a 150 pages and have bought ink 3 times. The last ink I purchased, after installing the printer still did not recognize it. Updating the printer is a pain. The software on the computer freezes. This printer has deterred me from every buying an EPSON again.

The quiality of the print was good but it feeds the paper poorly and I was constantly having to realign the paper in the tray. It aslo stopped working after 16 months just after I bought another $100 of ink. It also uses a lot of ink compared to other printers I have used.

This printer would have been great if it weren't for the print cartridges! I did not know this when I purchased. When just one ink is used up, you have to replace ALL the colors at the same time or it won't print. Period. So you waste all that ink that is left, and have to purchase more! $$$
