Worked great out of the box. But started skip printing with new cartridge, did head cleaning etc. no luck. Now it started feeding all the paper at once. Only few minths old. Dont waste your money. And stire highly reccommended.

Have not owned an Epson product before but took a chance. Out of the box seemed fine and the first use went great. After that not so much. Kept getting an error and had to perform maintenance of the printer head(s). Even then it would only print on occasion. Finally just before my 30 days were up, I returned it for a laser printer. Not the best first impression.

Good printer for the price, wish the wireless options were easier to set up.

I install systems for a living. I've always been happy with Epson printers, but this one was just a nightmare. I never write a bad review (unless there's an issue with a feature or with the company itself) because, let's face it, typically you buy a given product ONCE. And there's bound to be a bad one every once in a while, fine. It happens. But TWO of these had the same problem -- the paper kept jamming in the tray, and the feed roller would dimple (and therefore ruin) the next ten sheets or thereabouts. (Yes, I DO know how to load paper in a tray.) A quick look online (other than at Best Buy) revealed (too late!) that many other users had had the same issue. And a lot of people also complained about unusually heavy ink usage, and having to replace cartridges much sooner than they did with other printers. I still love Epson, but I think they really blew it with this product.

I hope this printer gives me fewer problems than the printer it is replacing.

Everything worked except the scanner. It would not work from the Winsows 10 main screen

The Epson Workforce Pro W 3720 is yet another great product from their line of printers. The impressive feature is the mobile and cloud printing and scanning feature. The affordable cost and features makes it an attractive purchase for small offices and homes in need of a multi-functional device. The set up is quick and easy. The image quality for scans is great and the quality of prints for both option (Black and white as well as color) is good. The printer barely took five minutes to start after the cartridges were inserted. The 2.7 inch color touch screen is intuitive. It makes setting up times and fax options a breeze. I had to push the LCD on my old printer too hard and many time but this ones touch sensitivity is excellent .The printer comes with a manual but the screen instructions are enough to set up. The photo print quality is very crisp and clear. The printing and scanning is faster than any standard printer I have ever used. The printer looks elegant. The paper feeder at the top can be lifted and one can reach inside and remove documents or in case of a jam. The paper tray is spacious enough (holds 250 sheets) for small business usage and households. The printer allows prints from tablets and phones too. The high-speed USB port offers a standard connection to your computer. The printer also allows you to scan documents in up to 1200 x 1200 dpi optical resolution reproducing exact colors and large documents. The printer also includes four cartridges. The printer is user friendly on a Windows PC or a Mac PC. It auto detects once it is connected to the router. The driver was installed automatically. The clear printing with no need for alignment makes it a delight to use. The one thing that I did not like about the printer is the bulky size. Also, it does not scan front and back at the same time. The tray for the printing and the photos is the same so one would have to remove papers to get photos and vice versa. The warranty is for a year and the extended warranty can be purchased. The printer is nice overall, but I’m having a huge issue with the printing that might make be return it. When you print it will grab multiple pieces of paper at a time, nearly every time. Or it will jam easily. I’ve had to resort to putting one piece of paper in at a time which is a huge hassle.

We experience constant "bunching" of paper, so we have to feed it one piece of paper at a time -- otherwise we get only page copied and ten blank page stacked behind it. We have followed the minimal instructions to no avail to solve the problem.

It’s slow to respond and print. It sometimes grabs 3-5 blank sheets of paper at a time.

I bought this for my granddaughter who is away at college. She has had some problems getting it to work with her notebook. My daughter is going to see her and try to figure it out. I can let you know later. I think it should work fine, once they get it set up with her notebook.

It doesn’t automatically print both sides of and original copy.

Waste of ink exaggerated. Expansive ink and printer

Unable to get the unit to perform as my previous HP printer had operated.

I print documents in all black. I have used this for appx 9 months. I had replaced the black ink to the xl a while back. When I replaced again, now one of the color is empty. the printer will not work unless I replace all the color ink, which I do not use. I called support and they said the same thing as the error message, I need to change all the color ink to print in all black. I will throw away and purchase something else. Also, scanner has never worked since purchased. I can scan to memory card, but not to computer. Help desk was no help.

This is a good printer. I just wish the screen was bigger and more advanced.

Was in a hurry started working from home. Wish it was cheaper.

The printer is fine but, the ink cartridges are expensive & don't last long at all.
