After printing 100 pages in a fifteen minute time span, my black ink was gone. If I could have returned it to get a printer better suited for printing, I would.

When we set it up, we discovered that the paper wouldn't feed properly while printing. We took it back and got an identical replacement thinking that the paper feeding problem was a defect in that particular printer. The second printer had the same problem and wouldn't feed properly indicating there was no paper or paper jamming in the feeder. Apparently, it is a design flaw in that model. We returned the printer a second time and bought a different brand.

Great small printer for home or small office

It was really easy to setup and connect to my network so I could print wireless. The setup wizard was very intuitive and went thru the setup with no problems. The paper tray was a little award to get out at first. The display panel tilts out and you need to move it in so that you can get the tray out easily. The touch screen was very responsive. Once the printer was connected to my network, I had no problems connecting pcs, mac and mobile devices to print to the printer. The great thing that I like is that is has a small footprint and it has duplexing. The lid on the printer is a little heavy (not heavy to lift) so you need open it all the way so that is does not fall down onto your hand as you putting something on the glass. The scanning was did an excellent job. I did not setup the fax service. Did setup so that I can scan and email the document from the printer. It is a great printer for home or small business. This is a review for the Epson Workforce Pro WF – 3720 all in one printer that I relieved free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Noticed there were several reviews regarding paper jams but decided to move forward with the purchase. Wrong choice. I have had this a couple days, used 5 times and have had 4 paper jams. Will be returning to Best Buy and choosing another brand.

It’s a good printer if it lasted

This one only lasted a year and just stopped printing. I love the compactness and easy scanning capability and having the wired capability but will not recommend it for reliability issues.

Papers tray does not do its job, I have to be there all the time, putting papers one at a time for a page to print it prints 3-4 pages. It jumps from page 1 to page 4. Waste of copy papers & time.
