Get something other than Epson

I will never buy an Epson printer ever again because of the experience with this one. I have had it for 2 years and it does nothing but error out constantly whenever there is an I update to download (and there always is an update to download). When it doesn’t error out for nothing, it says it’s out of paper when it’s jammed rather than saying it’s jammed. It not made well, and is frankly just cheap quality. The ink lasts for only a handful of prints, but at least you get to pay a lot for it. I am going to Office Space this thing as it’s now completely useless. DO NOT BUY!!

Don't buy if you want a good one

It works great, when it works. Paper jams and errors are the norm. The only reasons I bought it was the amount of paper it holds and the price. I'll be saving up for a better one!

first and last epson

Printers are trash

Have not found a printer that actually operates as it is supposed to. All ink cartridges must have ink to print even if printing black and white only. Poorly made product.

Horrible!

It has wasted so much paper from jamming because it crinkles multiple pieces at a time. Also, it constantly drops the WiFi connection. 9 times out of 10, the printer needs to be turned off and turned back on just to be able to print wirelessly. It prints crooked also. I read a lot of great reviews about this product but I have personally been very disappointed. Go with a Cannon printer. I replaced a 7 year old Cannon printer that I felt was just a little old but worked great. I wanted some more options in a printer that the HP was supposed to do. Wish I had that Cannon back!

Stopped working with a firmware update

Find another printer unless you want to pay through the nose for ink.

Very disappointing, don't bother.

Never got to use it because It was damaged and I was unable to unpack it without possibility of more damage. Could not reorder it because it has been discontinued.

Terrible printer

It was difficult to link it to one of our laptops. Once we solved that problem, the paper jams started. At least every second page jammed, no matter how many of the troubleshooting tips I tried. To top it all off, it used an unbelievable amount of ink to print what it did actually manage to print. The ink was also expensive. I ended up returning it to save further aggravation, and got a comparable Brother model (MFC-J885DW) that has worked smoothly since installation.

Very poor

Uses ink like crazy. When printing it often feeds 2 or more sheets at a time and printing messes up and I have to use more ink when i print again. This is the second one of these that I have owned the first one I got so frustrated I throw it out my second-floor window and made a cool video. The only reason why I bought this is because I had a bunch of ink left over from my old printer and didn't want it to go to waste. When this printer is done I will no longer buy Epson I had an Epson WorkForce 610 previously and that was crap to

It was cheap, but ink wasn't. It literally started just shooting blank pages out when I tried to print and was a constant pain. I have a new Epson I like that was more expensive, I guess you get what you pay for. Except, I think I paid for at least a year. It was also hard to set up and confusing to use.

Not Useful

Finally returned the unit and bought a Canon that works fine.

Don't waste your money

Especially my black ink for some reason. So I bought a replacement for the black ink, and as soon as a pop that one in, it tells me the levels in all the other inks went from halfway to less than a quarter. I mean I know they're trying to get you on ink, but that's a little dramatic! I really hope there is another brand that at least lets me print 10 pages with new ink before saying I'm low on ink.
