Bought this printing greeting cards with photos, found this unit was not user friendly and did not print photo well. Guess when it says workforce it means use it for a business.

Was only able to use it three times before taking it back. Recommended printer cartridges wouldn't always fit. Kept paper jamming.

I had this printer for 3 years and it went crazy printing "Device Capabilities?Device Status?" all the time. Refilled black and color ink every 5 days. Wouldn't print what I wanted. Geek Squad suggested I get a new printer; bought the same one. Got it home and printer would not recognize enclosed ink. It was suggested I get a different brand printer.

Difficult to align print head, scan bars printing with waves, scan is slow and software for scanning doesn't work after the last update. Burns through ink cartridges like fish breathes water. In fact I'm returning it for a refund.

The Epson - WorkForce Pro WF-3720 Wireless All-In-One Printer - Black. The salesman at Bust Buy recommend this product to me, I always used HP printers in the past. I am very disjointed with this printer. I did not know that you have to use Epsons paper otherwise it sticks and comes out in bulks. Also I am constantly buying ink for this printer and am having trouble with scanning. I am thinking on purchasing a HP now and get rid of this piece of junk printer.

Constant Printer issues, even with new ink. I'm tired of running diagnostic checks and support for it online is non existent

Have been using this daily since being isolated at home. It started printing copies crooked and taking more than one sheet of paper at time and has started jamming paper sporadically. Also, now won't scan more than one sheet at at time. Photos are HORRIBLE! I'm not trying to print photos for personal use, but need decent photos for work. Does not depict good color. Luckily, I'm under the return timeline so this will be going back!

This printer requires more maintenance than a ford needs an update 365 days of the year, always needs to be aligned, always needs the right measurement for paper or it'll wrinkle, need to clean the head before and after use. I'm glad this doesn't require oil or else would seriously drain money. Ridiculous everytime I need it; it either prints it blown up or incomplete like come on. Is there any recalls?

Started off great. Now it’s giving me problems trying to print cards. It will not print on card stock.

cant keep this unit connected to my home laptop to print, could never get the scanner working properly and it uses a massive amount of ink to print with. I would avoid wasting money on this or any Epson products as their customer support is worse than this supposed all in one unit. very sad to have wasted my money on this abomination. the sales staff at best buy should be ashamed of selling this sort of lemon.

I ended up returning this printer. Didn’t do my homework before purchasing so somewhat my fault. Inks have a chip that make them very expensive.

Nothing but problems!!!!! This printer is never ready to go when you need to use it. Even worse, epson sneaks in a firmware upgrade that locks up the printer because it doesn't recognize after market ink cartridge!!!!!!!! And of course, as usual, best buy will not help. I am finished with epson and worst buy.

Purchased this printer and it worked amazing I even bought a second one for my home office. Did a standard firmware update on the printer I have at work and I'm unable to use the aftermarket ink I had purchased. The cost of ink for this printer went from $40 for 2 XL black cartridges with the 3 color to $75 for 1 XL black and 3 colors. The cost to run this printer has literally doubled.

Worked fine, 5 months in it will not turn on. Hopefully I can get it replaced because I just bought new ink.

Bought this copier & literally used it a hand full of times. Always says there is a paper jam

The ink don't come onto the paper at all. I even had Geek Sqaud come out just to tell me this printer isn't good. They recommend HP lazer printer. Which Best buy was amazing at helping me return my printer and purchase a Lazer HP Pinter Scanner which I'm extremely happy with. Thanks Best Buy

Ink is too expensive, I bought replacement ink, but it could not read it. It goes way to fast while printing. Not a goid deal

I have never owned a wifi printer, so this was new to me. I was hesitant to set it up because it looked a little intimidating out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised that setup was a breeze. I didn't even need the paper manual because the screen literally led me through setup, complete with animated instructions. Connecting to wifi took a mere seconds. I figured getting it paired with my phone would be complicated, but again my husband and I got it connected and printing from our phones right away (he has Apple, I have Android). I like the cubed design as well. Everything folds in and tucks away nice and streamlined when not in use, so as not to take up a lot of space (or in my home, so no extra doors or extensions get caught on clothes and people walking by). The touchscreen is easy to see and responds well to touch commands, and I like that it can tilt upwards for easier viewing at any angle. Loading the cartridges and paper was much simpler on this machine than on previous ones I've owned. This machine, even though it has a lot to it, was really easy to get up and running and wasn't as complicated as it looked at first glance. The print quality is definitely crisp and clear. I like that you can easily adjust the density of the print from the screen. I copied several pages that were written in marker and the prints, even on the lowest density, looked just like the handwritten one! We tried printing photos from our phone, just onto regular copier paper, and it was super simple and the photo quality was very nice, crisp, and clear...and it printed quickly! I can't wait to see a higher quality print on photo paper, but I don't have any on hand. All in all, this machine is pretty impressive! I never thought that you could get all the bells and whistles at this price point and still get a quality, premium machine, but I honestly feel this will replace my previous machine that I have a strong, over-a-decade-long attachment to. :) I print a lot of photos and artwork, as well as a lot of text documents, so this is going to be fantastic for me! We don't fax often, but that is also a nice function to have, just in case! All said, I did give this machine 5 stars. I truly feel that this is an amazing machine and I am really excited to have it. My only issue thus far is that there is no memory card slot. There is a USB memory slot, which is great, but it wouldn't recognize my phone or my portable drive, so I'm assuming it would only take a typical USB stick, and I don't use those. Not a dealbreaker, but a nice function to have when you print a lot of pictures from a camera's memory card. I will play around with that function more and figure out the best way to transfer, maybe through the cloud? In any case, this is a great machine and I would definitely recommend it! Not the best printer. Had to replace twice. Would go with different brand.
