No more I will ever recommend an epson printer to anyone not even an ememy. Runaway from this piece of junk. DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS JUNK. IT SUCKS INK. CONSTANTLY HAS PAPER JAMS (even after using high-grade paper). Has cheap strips of foam that tear and result in high dollar repairs in the feed system.

Super slow printing

NOT reliable at all!!

I have to clean it 3 times to get it to go from printing nothing to printing normal and then not 12 pages later its back to being clogged when printing black!! On a new cartridge! I owned a previous similar version and had zero problems with that one. This is NOT working!!

DO not buy

Worst printer available on the market. Very disappointed at Epson. This printer is used very rarely and every time it is used there are problems: paper jamming , print quality below average, have to troubleshoot the printer every time I want to use it. I wish I had returned it

Worst printer ever!

The scan feature is impossible to set up and Epson support is clueless.

Terrible printer absolutely gouging ink prices

I haven't bought ink yet for this thing because it's so expensive just a standard capacity black and color cartridge for each color will cost me more than the printer. I was able to find Inca values from other makers for my previous Epson printer for a fraction of the cost of Epson ink not so with this.

Deceptive Marketing

It will print 2 sided from computer, but will not scan and copy a two sided document. Replaced old hp printer and was led to believe that it would also copy and scan a two sided document as well. That's not the case and discovered two months after purchase that it wasn't capable to do this.

Ink replacement

However. The ink cartridges are small and deplete after VERY FEW jobs. Cartridges are NON-REFILLABLE and require complete replacement because devious Epson put a one-time-use sensor chip in the cartridges. The expense of the ink makes this a DO NOT BUY choice.

don't waste your money

If it hadn't been for the extended warranty that I purchased, I would have been out of luck trying to get a new printer. If I were to be purchasing a new printer, I would NOT purchase this one, for obvious reasons!

Ink is running out super quick.

Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. Drinks ink and touch screen not responsive

This model falls very short of expectations. The ink disappears much to quickly and the touchscreen is not a "touch" screen, but a "push hard several times" before it will respond screen. It also paper jams a lot. Will probably buy a different brand soon.

It’s the ink

The cartridges are tiny and run dry quickly. A new cartridge shouldn’t be needed after printing 20 color documents. The printer does not print if one cartridge is out of ink, so you must keep all 4 supplied or ready to be replaced.
