This printer has a lot of malfunctions! I do not print beyond 20 pages/week and I encounter a lot of trouble. There is customer sure ice but it is consuming to call for every problem when it occurs. Quality of product is horrible, simply please avoid. Save your money and buy a different one!!

This printer is an extremely poor model. I've had this printer for about 18 months with very light usage. Literally a few pages every few weeks. About a month ago, I got a scanner error. Despite my best attempts with Epson CS, it won't work. I will never buy another Espon product again.

It was a terrible experience trying to set up the printer and Epson customer support was also terrible.

Worked great for the first month... after that the paper started coming out with stacks of 3+ sheets at a time. It stopped printing black ink all together even with installing a new black ink cartage and cleaning it as instructed .... waste of $60 in ink (had to get color too)

I bought this printer, and it quit turning on after 3-4 weeks. I promptly exchanged it at Best Buy, and the next one pretended it was printing but nothing showed on the paper. I returned the second one for a different brand. 2 duds in a row is not cool.

Cannot feed one piece of paper into Scanner without it jamming 80% of the time. If you like crawling around on the floor removing paper jams constantly, this is the printer for you. Less than 3 months old. Would not buy. Epson support was no help either. Their 1 year warranty is apparently a lie.

While this is a good basic model printer, it does not compare to the previous model 3620.,

Before purchasing I double checked online and with EPSON if this printer had the features to print special size documents and both said it did, but once I got it installed I realized it does not support that choice. Waste of time!!

This printer is constantly dropped from my wireless network. It is very frustrating to want to simply print one page and it turns into a half an hour ordeal. It worked when I first set it up. Now it cannot be seen by my iPhone or my laptop. Why did it work and then not work???

First one had a software failure - had to return to get another after spending 1 hour on line with Epson. Second won't print black after the first cartridge was exhausted. Very disappointed in these, bought two of the same to make cartridge ordering easier...but was a poor choice.

I first would like to say that this is only my second Wi-Fi Printer Summary: Out of the box this printer looks awesome and is completely black and fits into any home perfectly. This printer comes packaged in its box in a way that it is so easy to remove from the box. inside the box are Styrofoam pieces on both sides and the printer itself is in a plastic bag that has handles that. you lift out after removing the Styrofoam. when you take the printer f the plastic bag you will find everything you need ( instructions, and Ink) under the fax tray. I was really surprised by how small this printer is and the size of it compared to my HP Photosmart that's over 3 years old. I Have tested the printing of this device on my Windows 7 laptop, Windows 10 Desktop, and multiple Ios devices ( iphone7, iPhone 6, Ipad Mini 4,) Setup: I didn't really have any issues setting this printer up. its easy to remove from the box because of the handles on the plastic bag, then all you have to do is remove all the little blue plastic tape strips that secure all the many parts. lastly all you have to do is plug it in and go. The setup process to me was relatively painless I set it up and updated the Firmware in about 10 minutes from my iPhone the touchscreen is so simple and the navigation and menus are so easy to customize. the only feature that I have not setup is the fax option because really to be honest who use the fax feature anymore? Print: Printing on this printer is actually pretty fast compared to other printers I use throughout my job. I was surprised by how clean this printer prints without smears. I love having the option to print one sided or duplex have already started printing out photos and they look amazing. I can not wait to get back to printing with this device. I also love how easy it is to print from my iPhone 7 I wasn't required to download or install anything I only had to confirm some information in my icloud account and Wi-Fi settings Closing: overall this is a really nice printer and looks nice. im really happy with how easy it is to use and setup. I feel that this printer is worth the price. I love the fact that being wireless I have the capabilities to print of my business reports while im still at work working on my sales floor and can have everything I need waiting for me in my home office before I get home without being on the same network. I have had nothing but trouble with this device. It constantly quits working and I have had to have the tech department reinstall all of its drivers and other information. Now I have to wait a week for them to come to my house to fix the printer- again.

This junk can’t stay connected to my home network and has to be reset before every new print or halfway through sometimes. It also seems to go through ink quicker than my other printer of a different brand. Will not likely buy EPSON products again.

Purchased on 22 April 2018 and received fatal errors on 30 December 2018. Fatal errors were common for this printer, 000041 and 00044. Scanner fatal error; wont allow a full start up and will keep asking to shutdown and restart. Google the make and model for the errors as EPSON website has nothing.

Epson WF3720 is a compact and versatile piece of equipment. It can operate as a scanner, printer, copier and fax and with a slimmer design than the WF 3540, that I currently own, takes up much less space. It does have an USB port so you can print directly. But to decrease space it no longer offers other import slots. The WF-3720 no longer offers the SD and Micro SD features of previous models, so If these are something you are needing you may have to purchase USB adapter for SD/ Micro SD cards but these are very cheap now. The space saving design also mean It has only one paper drawer tray, which is not a big deal for most but took some getting used to if you are used to having more than one paper choice without getting up and swapping it out. However even though I have to manual switch paper the Epson WF3720 came with several features that were not previously available on my older model so I can better chose the correct paper and even save template favorite options to save time, Swapping paper is way faster than reselecting all the printing features for project. The Epson WF 3720 was easy to operate right out of the box. It’s the touch screen controls are easy to navigate and very user friendly. The print time is very fast and copies with the WF-3720 are lightning fast compared to the WF-3540 or any of the printers in my office at work. The quality of the printing and copying features was not compromised by the speed, and I had no trouble printing images or documents. I like that it is Wi-Fi enabled and that all I needed was a place to plug it in. So I can put it where it is convenient, and out the way. There are not short cords that mean I have to put it on the desk taking up all my space or to purchase a longer cord that is an eye sore (and sometimes a tripping risk). I am very pleased that The Epson WF-3720 has individual ink cartridges for each color. This means I am not wasting the ink and only replacing what I need, when I need it. Saving money is always a plus. Keeping it working like brand new is also super easy just follow the on screen prompts. I am also very pleased to note the quiet and mute options so if you do not want to disturb others nearby with every click and beep, you can turn the sound off easily. Over all this is a very good product and I would definitely recommend it. Great quality easy to use and very quick, all the things I look for in my all in one printer, fax, copy and scan device. Bought this printer as a starter for my small business because of the great price. Problems started immediately. The document feeder doesn’t grab the paper unless you personally feed each page. Scanning documents is a nightmare. Constantly runs low on ink. Trading up to a better printer.

Worse printer that I ever had, I've experienced different Epson printers but this one came up as the worst, with every firmware update the printer functions work worse every time, ended up trowing literally on the dumpster and buying a new one,

Ughghgh def. Not my old HP. This thing is almost impossible to cannect with I have yet to be able to actually "Print" off my laptop or other equipment. I wished I had bought something different this thing is terrible (Review wrote 01/23/2021
