This printer only worked properly for about one month, I have to continuously troubleshoot to keep it running and have to delete it and add it back most times to get it working again. It’s horrible. It also runs through ink cartridges fast due to all the troubleshooting and cleaning of print heads.

Ok the ink is 50 dollars and don't last. So in one year you'll pay about 200 in ink. But now without cause the power supply has stop working and won't power up. Now unless I purchased this same machine the ink I just installed was a waste of money.

By far the worst inexpensive printer I have ever purchased. This printer consumes its small, expensive ink cartridges very quickly. The paper feed will frequently grab several sheets of paper at a time. I would not recommend this product.

This printer looks good in black. It size is good for being an all in one. I like how the screen can be tile out for easy using. It was an easy setup. It is easier then setting up other wireless printers that I have. This printer stay online all the time. My other printer gets disconnected often. It took me 5 minutes to setup with Wi-Fi and update the firmware. It does have a lot of firmware updates as it is a new model. I have reboot the printer many times and it connects right away and ready to use in seconds. I did not need to read the manual as everything you need to configure was on the color screen. The cartilage was easy going in, I also fear that I might push too hard. I have use plain and glossy paper with this printer. The copier works well. The prints look better then when I print out from my iPhone. My iPhone 7 pickup the printer right away. It prints straight to the printer from the photo app. There is no need to download anything else on the iPhone. The photo print from my iPhone was not clear but I like it. The color was good. I do not expect it to be a photo printer. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

This printer has never worked properly. It can't read the paper in the tray, often drops the wifi and often prints like it's out of ink, even when the ink is full. It's been frustrating to say the least. Do not waste any money on it

After half an ink cartridge this printer still couldn't produce an accurate print. Don't know if it had dry ink from sitting on a shelf or it is just poorly designed. It was in my house for a total of an hour to troubleshoot and then back to the store.

The Epson WF-3720 is an excellent choice for your all in one printer, scanner, fax and copier. The convenience starts at the very beginning when taking out he printer. The packaging itself allows you to lift the printer out of the box with plastic handles, everyone should do this, why not. The printer is easily setup (even without a CD ROM), Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 all all you to simply add the device as a Multi Function Device via the Device and Printer menu in Control Panel. After windows recognizes the printer you will be able to print scan and send faxes without a hinge. For Wireless setup the device would not to be started and you would need to perform the wireless setup on the unit first, then go to Devices and Printer and add / search for a device (not printer) since it can do more than just print. The printer is quiet, compact and has tons of features including scanning to PDF which allows you to password protect the PDFs right from the start. Genius. Scanning up to 600 dpi is more than enough for most business uses. Very nice. Also the image can be be automatically adjusted to remove shadows and color correction. Faxing is as easy as it was 10 years ago simply place the fax in the device feeder, touch the touchscreen and fax. The device is quiet as a mouse and the ink cartridges themselves are the size of 5 credit cards in width. Amazing. I have printed 117 pages and the bar on the ink barely made a mark. I dont know how they do it. The print itself is sharp and the colors are as expected, great. I recommend this printer to anyone. If you need help or have a questions please let me know. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
