I had the chance to use it for a month now and it has great quality of color. It seems to be able to handle printing in large quantities with out the ink getting blotchy.

Really like this printer. My only complaint is when the printer is off and I send something to be printed from my phone, I wish it would automatically turn on and print.

The only thing I would add to this machine is a secondary paper tray for things like photos envelopes and cards. As it is there is one paper tray for everything.

So far this has been a great printer. I have had trouble in the past with Epson printers and they print heads clogging up but I like these because you don't have to change an entire color cartridge when one color runs out. The wireless connectivity on this one is nice as well.

Is very easy to use. I have used it for 1 month and is working well.I know, 1 month is too early to be sure of how good it is. We Will know with time.

We purchased the same model about a month ago. It ran out of black, and when we replaced the cartridge, for whatever reason, my wife's laptop could not wifi to printer. I tried getting Best Buy customer support, both phone and on-site to work with us on correcting the issue, but they wanted $100 fee, which was more than the printer. So, we ordered a replacement, and it just arrived, so I want to see if my wife can wifi to the printer in the days ahead.

I purchased this printer to replace one damaged by a lightning strike. My surprise, it is a great value and a highly functional printer with double-sided printing, interior paper tray, wireless printing from a laptop or a cell phone, touchscreen display...great features for the cost.

I am really enjoying my new printer. The touchscreen is totally amazing!! The colors are so beautiful!!

The Epson printer is a replacement of a printer that we did not use very much due to unreliability. Now we have increased our usage of the new printer because of its reliability. Scanning is a snap and the support we received from their customer service team was excellent.

I have always had a great experience over the many years I have purchased various items from Best Buy.

Good fast printer, I dont like the interface though. it doesn't remember past print requests, for example light or dark or collated. Overall a good printer.

Purchased two printer 1 for each of my kids to use in they’re college dorms. When you follow instruction provided the setup goes quickly. Of course you also have to either have internet conntion or external CD player to install the driver need. Other wise worked like a charm

Good printer but for a society that at one time was to be almost paperless, it’s a modern necessity! It works, produces good quality copies, and isn’t outrageously priced

User friendly, I'm an older person, technology challenged. It was an easy set up if one can read & follow directions,though I'm having a few problems with setting up scan.

I am very please with this printer. I had a little difficulty with the original set up, (thus, the 4 stars), but once that was overcome, the WF-3720 prints fast and makes good copies.

The black and white documents print out well, similar to laser quality as described. The color options, with best quality and optimal density selected are fine, but they could be more vibrant. I've printed some 4x6 photos on glossy paper and they're ok, but for all other printing it's great.

This printer is a great printer for the money. Has all the features I was looking for and well made!

We love this printer. It’s been great for scanning, printing and has allowed us a back up printer to the laser printer we have. We mainly purchased it doe the scanner but have enjoyed it has multiple functions it offers

The document feeder on this one actually works. I haven't used it's wireless and fax features yet, so can't comment on that, I have it connected to my computer with a USB cable. I do LIKE the auto 2 sided printing feature. I'm not a fan of the scan feature, it can be a bit of a pain getting it to work. I think Epson could make that feature a little more user friendly. It is slow at printing PDF documents and I can't print PDF documents directly from the internet. I have to save them to my computer first and then reopen them. I didn't have that issue with my WF 2540.
