It's much nicer than the older Epson I had for years. Hoping it will last as long as that one did. Have had no problems with it at all.

It is easy to use, I like the touch screen. The larger paper bin is so much more convenient than my past several printers & holds quite a few ore pages.

The set up was surprisingly easy and the functions in this model, for the price paid was a very good value.

Only problem is in scanning sometimes. but for printing hard to beat. Very economical too. Had one that was a lemon out of box, but I keep buying them because they work so well.

Epson Workforce Pro is easy to use

It makes it very easy to choose the way you want to use it (copy, scan, fax, etc.) and change the settings which can produce reports which is extremely useful when sends faxes.

It helps to save paper by printing both sides of the paper.
