It's a little loud when printing but I dont do that much printing so it doesn't bother me. Scanning is simple once you set it up.

However, while in contact with Epson, I was offered, and received, a replacement. The new one works well, prints clearly, a d is worth the money paid. I love Best Buy a d will continue to purchase from them. I have always preferred HP products, but after dealing with Epson, I may have changed my mind

New ink means you have to buy their cartridges but give it time. Quality prints. Very good with ink quality and economy.
