It then locked up and I couldn't do anything. I tried everything. Tech support recommended unplugging and plugging into a different outlet. I did that to no avail, then plugged it back into the outlet I normally use and it started working again. No more issues!! Also love being able to pront from my phone.

I was concerned about the small-ish LCD display, but that isn't a problem. My biggest issue is that it drops connectivity frequently...but I have found two solutions. One: open the printer (I am on a Mac) before sending a print job from an application (Word, etc). Two: restart the printer (annoying and slow). Minor stuff...and it could be the way I've set it up, so...?!?!

Easy set up and connection to wireless network. Time will tell about reliability. Color documents look good.
