I made an appointment for in-home between noon and 8 pm. At 7:30 pm, I finally got a hold of them and they said they weren't coming. This was on July 30th. I called the next day to reschedule and they couldn't get me in till August 18th. Unacceptable! I hired someone else to do it.

This is a good all-purpose, all functional workhorse. A bit tricky getting it set up on my wireless network. Have not tried bluetooth printing from smartphones but that should be a handy feature. As always, ink is where they make you spend the money.

Will be expensive in the long run

I'm not a heavy user, but the cartridges on this are not very big at all. I had to replace all color cartridges at once on my old unit and that adds to the expense. You can NOT use refills or after market cartridges and the price of Epson supplies keeps going up. They spend more on the technology to prevent you from saving money than on improving the units. You will find that the ink costs are more than the printer. (I would rather pay more for the printer and use aftermarket ink) Quality is good - not spectacular, but good. Incidentally, the cartridges are much smaller than on my old WF-4630. This unit is not a good value.
