The printer itself is quite simple to setup. The only negative of hte setup i would say is downloading the software and installing it does take longer than i expected, probably 5min or so. However, its one install for the wireless scanning, printer setup etc. I have scanned numerous documents wirelessly already and printer with 0 issues. For the price i paid i dont see another printer beating it in terms of return for the cost.

Despite what others say it does not natively scan with a Mac (ie after pairing the printer the Mac has a “scanner” option, like many new printers this is now greyed out and you have to install a separate epson app to scan). Got a good deal.

It prints excellent photos and other items are just as good. A definite plus is being able to set up an email address on the printer and send and receive emails. The only downside is the ink doesn’t last as long as I’d thought it would. But overall an excellent printer
