They have always been dependable and easy to use. This one was reasonably priced and has all the features of an all in one. My only complaint is the cost of ink cartridges and how quickly this printer uses them up. It does seem like they don't last as long as older Epson's I have owned.

What I wanted to add with this model is the ability to fax and to copy/print on both sides of the paper, Love these conveniences but the printer is much slower than another Epson (WF-3620) that I also own. Not a problem though, for the great price ($80) that I paid!

I didn't appreciate the dude from Epson tech support trying to rip me off $100. It took a bit but wireless w/o internet is possible but not worth 100. Geek squad prolly would have told me for free. It was kinda fun solving the puzzle
