But when it comes to drivers/software... what a disappointed. It's appears that Epson still have WindowsXP state of mind when it comes to software. There are too many background programs running (updater, agent, event manager), settings are all over the place, too many tiny check-boxes and tabs, user-profiles are cumbersome etc. Installation also takes forever - luckily I wasn't prompt to reboot my computer like in the good old XP times.... I'm referring to the Windows 10 software haven't tried on my Macbook Pro device (which I don't like in general). There is a basic Linux (tried Ubuntu 20.04) support which is surprisingly nice but not comprehensive (I usually boot Windows for serious scanning jobs).
