The cartridges that come with the printer did not last long when they could forget basic capacity and only do the xl capacity for a slightly better discount. The one other issue is this is designed like a business combo but the scan feature does not work through the multiple feed document tray and then you have to load page by page and use the janky software to force the pages to propogate in one document. This is all a software issue since the hardware to copy is present and works as a copier. Software engineer fail for something that could easily been the best home office printer available. Epson needs to be less greedy and they would sell more product and retain more customers.
