It was very easy to install and set up. This particular model came with two cassette trays instead of one. We really didn’t need the extra cassette tray when we needed a printer to work from home and this was the only model available. So far we’ve had no issues with printing documents from our laptops and our phones. And scanning documents so that we can email them has been easy. Overall a very solid all in one printer that you can’t go wrong with.

Disappointed

This printer grabs more than one piece of paper to print a page, and wastes tons of paper in the process. Hassle having to reprint the items. I have run every diagnostic, maintenance, but just one month later not working properly. Also, it has two trays but there is no way to set the preferences for either tray--it just prints from whatever it wants, so I can only use the main tray. Tried all settings in software with no luck to fix this. Disappointed. When it prints properly about half the time, the pages look nice.
