Sometimes it will print, and then it won’t! It will tell me the paper is out when it’s not! The paper jams over and over and over! I have wasted more paper than I have actually used successfully! I have a big project that I need to be printing but am unable to with this printer! I had an hp before, and my son and his family have a Brother - both good. I wish I had my very old hp back!!! I have also used various other brands in previous professional jobs and never had these kinds of problems! I would like to return this EPSON and will never recommend EPSON to anyone. How can I go about returning it?

Just wish the ink cartridges were cheaper

The set up and configurations for wireless printing are a bit complicated which make it a nuisance to use if you are in a hurry and need a quick print.

She failed to tell us that even if you have the printer set to black only, the printer will still use color. Also when you run out of even 1 color you can not print anything until you replace that color, no mater what! this is very frustrating because the return policy was very short. Then less than 6 weeks after purchase, the printer started pulling multiple sheets of paper at a time. So now I am contacting the manufacturer.

Posted .Hello LLLL, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. What makes it great is the Easy Replenish which you can set up on your computer to send a signal to Best Buy and buy for a refill automatically without having to buy it yourself.

It had a slot for usb and micro card to print from. Kind of bummed that none Epson shave this feature any longer. This was the next best option, so far I like it!

I had difficulty setting up AirPrint but once I did, I didn’t have an issue connecting. Continuously, I tried a variety of paper and all got jammed in the back. Then later I tried printing and ended up with blank sheets of paper. Lastly, I couldn’t figure out how to print double sided.

Don't buy: done after two months

Shortly after we got it, it started having paper feed jams and would not register that new paper was put in. This has gotten worse and at two months old it happens so frequently we can no longer use it. Just as this has gotten bad, we started to have frequent print problems with overly light images requiring inj jet cleaning. Adding insult to injury, Epson warranty will only trade it for an identical printer (you pay shipping) and Worst Buy has a two week period in which you can take it back. You think they would make an exception for such a bad experience. We will approach our credit card company next.
