Bought to upgrade the basic printer we had. Doing more work from home and needed a scanner with a feeder. No issues or problems

Printer has nice features but black does not print black, more of a dark gray shade and this was with the original black ink cartridge. I purchased on Amazon an OEM ink cartridge kit, 2 black and 3 color a while back. I checked and double checked that they were Epson cartridges. They were installed and have been working fine for months. A few days ago, there was a firmware update, I installed the update, halfway through I got a maintenance error message, "cannot recognize ink cartridge" and after that I cannot print anything, it is stuck on the error message screen. I talked to Epson; their conclusion was that the ink cartridge were not Epson. The above is why I gave the printer 1 star; I have owned many brands of printers over the years and have never ran into any printer manufacturer that shuts the printer down because the ink cartridges were not there brand of ink cartridges. I didn't know I was buying 3rd party ink cartridges and I've reported the seller to Amazon, but that's not the point. As long as third-party ink cartridges are made to work with a particular printer, and the ones I purchased did work with the printer, I should be able to use any ink cartridge I want third party or otherwise...

This is possibly one of the worst printers I have ever had. I purchased it to replace a different printed I didn't like and I can't say that I'm impressed. It took FOREVER to get the thing to even print from my laptop the first time. To scan something I had to download updates and then an app and now it won't recognize either laptop. The paper tray seems flimsy and I have to slam it to get it to click shut. It's no wonder the return time on this printer is so short otherwise everyone would return it. Save yourself the time and hassle, spend a little more and get an HP printer.

This printer is an absolute joy to use. Copies are so original looking. It was an awesome addition to my office area.

Grabbed this as a replacement for my old HP that no one ever has ink for anymore .

worst printer I have ever had will never buy a EPSON printer again ink problems paper jam so many times would not stop printing and would not print what I needed or scan or copy never had so many problems with a printer All 3 other printers work just fine but they are Cannon printer.

it is definitely not a space saver. It is large but it does the job. so far I've used everything with no problems but it is a little noisy.

This printer worked for 3 days. Then it decided that it will never, ever again recognize my computer, no matter how I set it up (USB, WIFI, ethernet, I tried multiple connection types and I tried to reinstall everything several times). I have lost so much time trying to repair this connection that Epson now owe me a good $500. I bought something that cannot be used. It belongs in the garbage.

Using this printer to print monthly statements for a small business. We use pre-printed statement sheets and this printer fills in all blanks.

display Screen too small set needs lap top not as user friendly as previous models. No full instructions supplied (have to go online)

So much better than my last Epson. It is a lot newer. Love Epson for their ink price. Customer service is always great with best bub.
