Good basic printer. It’s a little loud when printing but that is not a problem.

This is the best printer, scanner, copier i have ever purchased and the price was reasonable.

Got this printer on sale for $79.99 and was very pleased with that. Once it arrived I didn’t even finish unpacking it/setting it up. In my opinion it seemed to be much cheaper made than my previous HP printer (which still works great). After reading a lot of reviews I discovered that many people had issues with paper jamming and that the ink was more expensive etc. I returned this unit and bought an HP series comparable to my current HP printer. The new HP didn’t disappoint.

I used the printer somewhat reliably (wifi is unreliable, but not similar to what I've experienced with outher brands) for over a year. Then, they pushed a firmware update that apparently bricks the printer if it doesn't have new, original Epson ink cartridges installed. It's one thing to sell the printer with that requirement clarified before purchase. It's another altogether to do it after the fact to force the user to continue to buy their extremely overpriced and short-lived cartridges. Sneaky, shady and quite unfortunate. Guess my formerly working printer is now e-waste.

The ease of use is not the best getting drivers from Epson was not easy .

Doesnt allow the use of 3rd party ink. I bought replacement ink and it didnt work. I got it replaced and it worked until Epson ran a software update and they quit working. Epson original ink can run you as much as $87. Taking the loss and going back to Canon!

Very good printer. Can be used with USB connection or Wi-Fi. Scans, prints and copies well.

Horrible!! Most of the time, I get a message that the paper cassette is not in correctly, or it's not connected to the internet. I've wasted more paper and ink trying to get it to print. Oh, and it also chews up the paper, so again, more wasted paper. I will say when it does print the colors are beautiful. But I just can't put up with a printer that only prints when it feels like it.

Glad this one will pull paper though, not like the other I bought.

I love my colored printer. I purchased a smaller one at first and return it with no hassle.

I bought this Epson printer due to frustration with another brand, but after this experience, I will be going back to the other brand. I have only had this printer for 3 months, but I am disappointed by the number of issues I've had. The Epson software is antiquated and difficult to use. The paper tray is too close to the bottom of the printer and it is quite difficult to pull in and out. You loose the last 6-10 pages of blank paper because paper doesn't feed well out of the tray when it is almost empty. The ADF feeder jams sporadically. I have had 6 page documents that had to be scanned one page at a time and combined in Adobe because the document feeder would not do more than 1 page at a time. Finally, over the last few days, I've had scans on white paper that appear to have a blue background when they get to my computer. If I print the scan, the background on the page is blue. Given that I'm not finding a quick solution to this issue, I'm finally tired of dealing with this thing. If you need something that prints, this will work, but for a home office, this isn't worth the headache.

haven't had this long enough to know how it will actually perform. I have already encountered issues with keeping a wifi connection so I am not sure if I will be happy with this model.

Set up was a pain. Specifically the WiFi — updated drivers etc.

Big foot print and heavy. Terrible owner's guide, 325 pages. Price was reasonable.

Epson are the best printers and are very easy on the wallet

We are on our 2nd one will buy again when this one needs replacement

Customer service (Anne & Xavier) was outstanding! Product also easy and convenient.

Really nice multi-function printer. Printer speed is good. Scan function is another plus.
