It's okay for simple letters or copying documents but overly complicated for everything else. And, no SD reader for printing pictures from digital cameras Pictures I have printed from my files are not of good quality. Definitely NOT recommended for photo printing. Would not buy or recommend this printer, especially at list price

Ink cost is a crime

What I hate about it ia the rip-off ink cartridges!! Cost is prohibitive and I feel the Bes Buy salesman should have told me this, Due to the inkcost, I plan on buying another printer very soon but NOT fromBest Buy!!

I ran all tests, restarted both my laptop and printer, wifi etc, and nothing has worked.

The light would go on and off. one day it will work with the iPad and another day it would work with my laptop and not the iPad. I returned this printer.

Epson all-in-one printer performs!

Smaller footprint than I thought it would have which is great - it's higher due to the 250 sheet paper capacity, but it's not that wide or long. Easy to set up on WiFi, lift the top and plug in the starter cartridges (3 color cartridges & 1 black) and get to printing/copying. It's supposed to be able to handle a 20,000 sheet/month workload - I didn't test that ability. This prints quickly & clearly and it's fairly quiet. Clear color 2.7" touchscreen to assist with settings and operation. Copy, print, scan & fax. This Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 handles them all with ease, and performs well. I am very happy with this machine.

It didn’t even have any paper in it. I bought it so I could work from home while I had Covid. My option for replacement was drive to the store (1 hour away) and get a new printer. Clearly they didn’t think there was a reason I ordered it online.

Will not scan double sided sheets. Scanner function gives error and have to use Microsoft scan which has low function. I would not recommend this unit unless you are someone that is not a heavy user and are not frustrated much with nothing being easy to use or set up any more.

I did as such and Best Buy told me they would process the rebate the next day. They took my old printer and did an about face and did not honor the rebate. Without the rebate this was definitely NOT a good value. Also, no one likes to be the victim of false advertising.
