So easy to set up. I am not tech savvy, but this was simple and it did what is made for. Enjoying my printer. Will always replace with a Epson.

After owning several different brand of printer, I bought the Epson wf-3820. It is a sweet machine. I had to learn about it and I like it.

Very easy setup and it prints fairly fast. So far so good.

This Epson workforce works wonderful. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong one. I think I have had it to long to return it

Excellent printer with multiple functions. I use it in my home office and like the ease of use quality of print. I did have a little difficulty with the initial setup. Apparently the software has been updated but I called Epson support and they sent me the required update to complete my setup.

Very happy with this printer. I do not use scan or fax features at this point. It did come with sample size ink cartridges, which is apparently a new thing for printers, which have different #'s than the ones you have to buy to replace. PLUS - you don't want those small ones - you want to look for 822XL because they have more ink. The ink cartridge situation for all printers now seems like a consumer trick, and disappointing for companies who want good customer support. But I DO like the 3 separate color cartridges. I also like the print density feature which allows you to set it to 50% if you want, a savings feature for draft printing.

Works well with easy setup and operating right out of the box. Back up and running in hours instead of days.

This is a great little printer! My last printer was quite a bit bigger (a monster-lol). I love the size! It also prints very fast and the images are sharp. I am very happy with this printer!

This printer works extremely well and is very simple to set up. We were able to hook up all devices to this printer for on the spot printing.

Heads of printer will dry out withoutbcontinuous use of pritner. Epson says printer needs to be used weekly if notnused weekly hesd will dry out and you will have to use ink head cleaning program in the printer. By hsing this program it goes theough $100 worth of ink and epson says tour are SOL. Will not recommend Epson to anyone I know .

For the volume of copies printed and where it pertains to ease of use, this model effectively does the job. The setup process was a little lengthy initially but the instructions were pretty easy to follow which made this printer user friendly. Prior to setup suggest reading the manual to prevent confusion. Be good and be safe.

I ordered this printer for an older relative. I was pleased with the quality for the reasonable price. It was very easy to order online and was ready for pickup in a short amount of time.

My Epson printer was easy to hook up and easy to connect to my internet.

Printer works but the updated drivers were not able to be downloaded from the Epson website.

Price is good and easy set-up. I am pleased with the purchase.

Great little printer. We needed a household printer that may get used 4 or 5 times a month. This thing has been perfect. Print quality is good enough to make counterfeit money.

For the price it was worth it prints get and have a lot of options that make this a great printer
