The 3820 is the user friendly and is the preference of the school aged children in the house. Setup was easy and the Wi-Fi is excellent. I am very well pleased with this Pro WF-3820.

I have one and it's the worst to setup. OK, so I purchased this Epson WF 3820 for home use. The problem has been a continuing disconnect from the Wifi network. Some times it will connect other times it will not. Now it is telling me that the passcode is entered wrong and it won't connect. Every other device in the house connects using that passcode. This printer has been nothing but trouble since I got it. I have disconnected several times, reinstalled software, updated drivers, etc. yet and still the printer is a spontaneous, performance mess. When it does decided it will cooperate and print, the print quallity is good. This is my last Epson.

Have not checked out the wifi property or scanner. I don't print a lot at a time but the quality of what I have printed has been excellent.
