Easy set up! Works great! Compact design makes it easy to find a place to set up.

Took me a while to decide on which new printer to buy to replace my ancient Epson. I needed an ADF and color and as far as I could see there are no 5 star rated printers out there. I took a chance on the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 as it seemed to check the most boxes for me. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any issues with the ADF jamming or misaligning the scans. So far a month in and no complaints.

The printer works very well. It does what in needed to do.

Great printer for an amazing price aft my last all-in-one lasted 11 years

The issues with this printer are the firmware updates which lock the printer to using only Epson’s very expensive ink. NEVER update the firmware!!! It’s print, scan, copy quality are very good. Its autodoc feeder is okay (pulls too many pages sometimes).

Great spped with printing compared to my last priner. The ink is much more affordable too. I dont have any negtives to say. So far its been a reliable new edition to the home office.

So far works as it should no issues.. Easy to set up and use..

This is a very great printer, it is Bluetooth and syncs to my iPhone which makes it easier for printing anywhere in the house. It is easy to install and for the price it is will get great usage out of it!!

Great printer and the easiest printer we’ve had to setup with WiFi and our computer systems. Much easier the our past HP products. We’ll certainly be purchasing additional “Epson” products in the future.

Printer is exactly what I need for light home use. It seems to go through ink very quickly. I have done much printing and it requires new cartridges seemingly way to soon.

This printer does fast printing, super fast copying and scanning, the tolch screen is the best and the print is quality.

Epson printers are consistently better than HP printers.

It is a good little printer--So far it has been exactly what I needed. And an easy set up--even I could do it! Thank you to the help I received from Best Buy to recommend this one.
