Very good printer and mostly easy to use. Should have a few more details in the set up instructions.

It works well so far, but it can take a long time to print. Once, after 5 mins of preparing to print, I canceled the print job and then hit reprint. At that point it printed right away. But sometimes it prints within 30 seconds.

Setting up the 3820 took about 45 minutes. There is a mini DVD disk included that walks you through the setup. The hardest part is finding and removing all of the blue packing tape...this all-in-one is wrapped tight! I have had it for a couple of weeks and I am more than satisfied. The bluetooth works so I can print directly from my ipad. Overall, it is a solid desktop machine and a bargain at the price.

Workforce 3820 works great! Fast and clean printing. All functions work so far. Priced right.

Printer appears to be pretty sound machine. I bought in replacement of a very old printer I had. Only problem i have had is that it lost it bluetooth connection. Reset it and appears to be fine.

So far so good. Still getting used to it. Haven't had an opportunity to use it for labels, flyers and envelopes yet. That'll be the real test.

I needed a new printer, as my old one finally told me he quit. This printer was at a price I could afford, and my old one was an Epson and it was faithful to the very end....stick with what you know I said. This printer was simple to "hook up" and start working quickly. Would recommend.

So far so good is the performance of the printer. In addition, it prints both sides, so it saves paper.
