Burns through ink, will not work if one color is out even to print just black. Pins in the ink cartridge break very easily if not careful when replacing ink. Gone through two of these do to those pins. Stay away not worth the money

One star is too much for my experience with this printer. For the first 3 weeks it work okay; not excellent but it did the job. Then is started freezing very often. On every ocassion I had to reboot, sometimes disconnect from power then reconnect. Now the printer would not even turn on. and it hasn't even been 5 months since I invested in this printer. I contacted best buy about the manufacturers warranty, and the person that intended me told be it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer if I don't have best buy protection plan. I contacted the manufacturer already twice and they have not responded to me. I assume I have wasted my money and time for nothing. the manufacturer isn't helping and the retailer is not helping either. I would not recommend anyone to buy this printer. maybe just try another brand.
