The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 wastes an enormous amount of paper. It intermittently pulls multiple pages through during a print. Sometimes it will pull several pages stacked straight so the print survives. Other times it overlaps the pages, splitting a single print page and wasting all the pages. My estimate is that it pulls at least 40% blank pages through, and maybe 20% overlapped and ruined pages. I called Espon and they told me they'd send me an email with service centers in my area. No doubt they'll charge me for servicing it. They also tried to sell me a maintenance plan. My bet is they make more on the maintenance packages than they do on these junk printers. How about this plan, Epson: Make your products with quality, and fix anything that's broken.

Epson drivers come a long imo. Working flawless comparing to 5 yrs ago. Great printer for home used.

Overall no complaints except for when paper gets low it has a hard time just grabbing one sheet of paper.

It’s a decent printer but does take quite a bit of ink and sometimes picks up more paper than it should and jams. For the price and functionality, it’s decent.

Better on ink than the HP printers I've had in the past, but ink still expensive.

Nice printer, but if you are doing heavy scanning this is not the fastest to scan documents.

There was a good choice of printers on-line. It was easy to order the printer I wanted. It arrived approx. a day later than planned; but, due to the weather and holiday season, any delay was expected and understood.

It’s an okay printer. Had a hard time setting up. Issues with the software had me having to delete it and reinstall. And the printer keeps picking up more than one paper when printing. For the price I expected better.

Ink clogging constantly is a pain. Just needed a printer to work without issues.... and this one has had them! We've updated the printer and it still sporadically connects to WIFI. Very upset with the performance.. will be hitting the dumpster on fire out back in the coming week.... If you're looking to purchase this printer, DONT!

If you plan on ever replacing the ink cartridges with third party cartridges, it will not function. Mine was working fine with third party ink cartridges until I updated to the latest firmware and now it will not recognize the ink cartridges. There is no way to go back and downgrade the firmware and now I basically have a brick of a printer with full ink cartridges. Epson has been sued for this practice and I hope that they pay out big time! I will avoid all Epson printers for now and highly suggest you do the same.

So far, the printer is working as expected. You have to follow the instruction carefully for the wifi connections.
