Works exactly how I hoped it would. It was easy to set up and prints come out clean.

This is a quality printer that works great in most situations. It is super easy to set up, update the system, operate basic functions (all of the basic needs of printing, copying, and scanning to USB) , double sided works, and the touch screen is actually responsive to touch. The are two reasons this doesn't get a 4 star review promoting how great this has been to add to our house recently is because it doesnt like dealing with card stock paper and double sided printing. For what ever reason the printer cant recognize the size of the card stock (normal 8x11). Double sided printing does work, but the there is no way to adjust how it gets displayed on the paper. The paper is always displayed in a long edge flip (yes I have I looked into it, but it is a rabbit hole with no solutions or ending.)

Easy set up. Prints fast. Quiet. Highly recommend this printer!!!

I bought this for my organization. I have the previous model for home. I wish the printing was better and deeper for photo and graphics. The one thing I don't like about Epson is the way they chain consumers to use their ink. The cartridges are over priced and discounted or valued cartridges are better. However, Epson sends firmware updates often to make other suppliers cartridges useless. The main I got this printer was for the value of price, but if you can somehow get discounted ink this printer is a very good buy

Printer is working fine. The print is clear and precise. I would recommend a ride to anyone.

The print works grate and it was an easy fix.i will definitely recommend it especially for nursing students. When you have to print basically everything thing that is giving to you.

I bought the printer for my wife's new laptop computer. It is the same model I have been using with my computer. It operates very well. I have been an Epson owner for many years and love their reliability.

Easy to set up, and install. Does a fine job of printing, but I haven't used all of the functions yet. Unpacking was tedious as there is an abundance of blue tape to find and remove. Epson Ink is expensive, but I don't do a lot of printing.

Purchased for home use and ended up using it for work. Printer is super easy to setup and use. Prints quite fast for such a small printer. The ink use is low so you get a lot of prints from the ink provided.

I've only had this printer a short time, but so far I'm really liking it. I've had printers since they were dot matrix. This one does everything a printer should, and more. Things I really like: 1) Having the paper enclosed in a tray so it doesn't get dusty. 2)Intuitive touch screen - easy to read and the instructions for most tasks like scanning are right there. For example, this is my first printer that enabled me to set a document on the glass and just hit a button to send it to the computer. 3) Quality of print: I have not tried printing anything photo quality, but the text and pictures I have attempted are really nice. 4) Ease of setup: My household wifi can be iffy at times, but this seems to maintain its connection "smartly" - it re-sets itself if the ip changes. 5) Ink usage: I've printed quite a bit in the short time I've had it, and it does not seem to be eating ink like crazy; I had a cheap ($50) Epson for 2 years before this one, and I had to constantly clean the print heads and calibrate it, and the ink seemed to dry up and get used really fast. I bought an extra set of ink when I got the printer, (some reviews said it didn't come with ink), and haven't had to put it in yet. So, if this one ends up having issues I'll update my review, but so far so good.

I bought this printer in April of 2021. The ink included in the printer lasted quite a while. The print quality is excellent as well as the speed. Set up was easy.

I’ve purchased the printer and only because I had brought the similar brand from Best Buy several years ago and it worked very well….so I decided to purchase the same brand in hopes to have it as long as the prior purchase….I just now have install the new one myself…even with a membership’s plan Best Buy charges for installation.

I purchased my Epson WF3820 in early December, as, I needed to copy 175 pages of a document... breezed right through it. What an ease to Scan documents and send to my files. It didn't take me long to set-up it was easy. Once I learned how to operate my Epson I purchased on for my daughter and set it up for her, she loves it.

The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 has proven to be an excellent All-in-One printer. It was easy to set up, download the programming and print.

You can’t go wrong with an Epson Workforce printer. I have one at home (that has been the best printer I’ve ever owned) and just bought this one to replace an old HP printer in the office that lost a battle with me and ended up in a dumpster. Epson printers are easy to use and are quality printers.

After 40 years of using HP printers I grew tried of their demands to continue use. Easy set up. Prints well so far.
