I have not had this printer long but works perfectly right out of the box. Very easy to use. Fast, quality prints. Easily send the print from your phone or computer.

Great printer! I love this Epson All In One. I mainly use B&W printing. The WiFi printing works great. All around, Epson has always worked well and lasted.

After 14 years I had to replaced my previous Epson printer. I was looking for a 3 in one printer and I was lucky to find this one. You are able to add more paper as well has a touch pad window plus it’s wireless easy to use with my iPhone,Mac as well dell laptop. I will recommend to a scholar or small business owner.

easy to setup and prints fast and clean. but it uses a different scanner program than my other Epson printer scanners.

The printer itself was pretty nice but makes a lot of clicking noises and is really loud, especially when first setting up. Printing text itself is pretty good and images come out a little more dull then onscreen. Be aware printer also makes clicking noises while printing as well, but the speed is pretty fast. It does randomly make noises from time to time, so far but this is the first day with it so I’ll see how it goes.

EXCELLENT PRINTER! I love this printer! I was able to set it up in no time and it connected to my wifi network like a champ! Easy-Peasy! Nice, clear copies and easy scans... it has made my life so easy! I love it!

I needed to replace my old, and very realiable printer, ( same make and model). My computor is windows 8, so not just any printer would work. Best buy had exactly the same printer, that I have used and loved for many years. Runs great. Thank you Best Buy, for having exactly what I needed...and for an extremly good price.

Fast printing and scanning. East to set up and connect to your network. Also nice having a seperate cartridge for each color. No more tricolor cartridge wasting ink.

WF-3820 works well, I like fact that it prints on both sides of copy paper. My biggest complaint is the difficulty Wi-Fi hook up with Mac. It took at least 35 minutes on the phone with tech that had little or no knowledge of English not to mention that I could not speak Indian either. Printer prints fairly well and is fast. I have hadn't 3 weeks without any problem. I did buy extended warranty to be safe.

Awesome printer for small business. My only complaint is that I can't use recycled cartridges anymore like in some of my older printers.

Very easy and quick to set up. Delivered next day ordered. Many functions and great abilities when using different Epson apps. Very happy.

Does every thing it's supposed to do. Doc feeder works good. Can print on both sides of paper. Only Con, paper tray is not easy to install. At times it stops, about 1/2 in. from seating. On average, it takes 3-4 tries to get it to seat. I had a WF printer for 7 years. This almost never jammed, like this one. What happened Epson? Also, these cartridges cost more than before.

I read many of the negative reviews and I didn't have any of the issues those writers mentioned. The software set up was easy, just did a quick download of the current Epson install software. The printer produces good print quality. I don't print pictures, so can't speak to how long ink lasts.
