Easy to set up and prints nicely. The only issue is that it is an AirPrint printer and while recognized for printing, it is not recognized by the Apple Image Capture scanning application. All software is installed automatically or is supposed to be, for AirPrint printers, but something is amiss. I was able to scan using the Epson software but prefer the Apple app.

Have Epson Work Force Pro 3720 for several years. No problems, meets my office needs. Had to get the 3820 as 3720 no longer available. My programmer wanted to purchase another brand but I said no. Very satisfied with the 3720 and expect same results from 3820.

This printer is easy to set up, it prints beautifully. The ink for this printer is very reasonable in comparison to other printers. The black ink is $20.00, and the color cartridges are about $12.00 apiece. I bought this printer for $99.00 on sale, it was well worth it.

Great All in one printer. I bought two, one for me and my son. It didn’t hurt they were half price. Very easy to setup.

Good solid all in one printer. Great pricing and it fits all my household needs. If you only do some general printing it is great bargain. If you work from home you may want a level up but for me this is great.

LOVED the “look” of this printer...although it was larger than I’d preferred, I anticipated it to be a great addition... The package was partially wet upon arrival, and open in one section... Anyway, excitedly put her pieces together, unwrapped applicable portions, etc. Powered printer on, and was pleased with the appearance and felt sure it would prove to function well.. Reached the insert ink cartridge stage, only to find the cartridge carrier/casket would NOT move! The necessary leftward movement did not occur. The carriage, etc. moved when turning on/off printer(audible) ..the troubleshooting was unsuccessful. Contacted Best Buy customer care - chat. was switched to at least 5 different operators - no one had an answer. I was told to call. the Geek Squad number. We did. Not any assistance was available - the gentleman asked bare minimum of questions and stated “you need to bring it in to the store for examination” That was all he could offer. No examination available in store? Tried to order a replacement, to no avail. That was appa\rently the only one at that particular time/date. She was returned for full refund sadly. Epson printer does everything I need. Was easy to setup and is very fast. Purchase at Best Buy was easy and quick as well.

I purchased for my cousin that just got married. I told her to pick a gift. She's very happy. She and her husband will get great use with this printer. The Epson name itself is great.
