Never a top printer, but not priced as such. Has issue with taking multiple pages, and has from te day it came out of the box. No longer recognizes printer cartridges even though a brand new set was put in. Need to replace, which is unfortunate because we never used it heavily.

This is an excellent printer for the price. I don’t print a lot so I have been buying cheap printer but kept having problems. I paid a little more this time I think it was a good choice.

Purchased this to print full color pages of MTG cards. Little did I know that a standard color ink set for this printer (not the initial color cartridges) prints about 12 almost full color pages. That’s it. So after researching, an ISO is 5% of a page. So, a standard Epson 822 color cartridge set will hold 240 ISO. So at 5% multiplyed by 240 you get 12 whole pages of full color printing. Thats $3 a page! $3 a page…. Come on now. Thats just insulting. I cant wait to take this back to Best Buy

Everything was fine, I was more than happy with my purchase. We had no issues printing, then out of nowhere I see the printer disconnected from the wifi. But the modem is sitting next to it, I couldn’t get it to reconnect so I rebooted it. Started working and after 3 minutes, it disconnected again. Looked on line, nothing, repeated steps, now it’s taking 30-45 seconds to print 5 lines of text per paper. So glad I bought the warranty. Returned it. Bought a higher model office jet

excellent, I do recommend this printer. It is outstanding.

This is a pretty bad printer. It had a lot of issues. And it requires a lot of updates. The last time I updated the printer's software it did not recognize the printers' inks. It kept popping up issues saying it cannot recognize the inks. I did everything to get it fixed based on online's recommendations. But it did not work.

The Epson Workforce printer is outstanding. A much improved product over HP.

A beast to install, but worth it. Everything works perfectly.

It has been a great printer so far. Have only had it a couple of weeks.

This might be one of the most infuriating and worthless printers I've used. I work remotely and have used a few printers over the years but this trash is slow, then even slower and then doesn't work. I tried to keep it up to date but that's as useless as the printer itself. Id rather use an etch a sketch than this thing. Don't buy anything Epson

Works great when it doesn't have an error message, has happened twice since we owned it. But I like the Epson brand

I am so done with continually buying ink. This is the answer.

It comes with a set up CD???? That should have been my 1st red flag. I purchased this with the benefit considering all HP printers suck. The setup went great. Printed and scanned great... for one whole a week. Suddenly the apps including my saved desktop icon disappeared on my PC and phone. I pooped around for days trying scan and print more docs. Nothing. You bet I returned for a printer that actually WORKS.
