This is a really good printer with better-than-expected print quality. There's not a lot of bells and whistles, but that just makes it easier to operate. My 10-year-old set it up, so you know that it is easy to install. My Mac computer had no issues syncing with the printer. I was able to print within ten minutes of getting it out of the box. Don't hesitate to buy it. It's a great printer for the price.

Easy to set up. Took approx. 30 minutes. Print quality good. This is for home use with minimal printing. I did print out a 57 page manual without any jams or print problems.

It is a good quality printer. Kind of slow printing, but good quality. The interface and communication with devices are not the best, but not the worst either. Overall, for the price, it is an excellent printer, especially if, like me, you are not printing things all the time. I like that it is an all-in-one type of printer too.

PROS: +Compact design +Easy driver setup +Sharp text and clear images +Smooth feeder mechanism CONS: -Like many inkjets, the replacement ink can get expensive. Laser and ECO printers are probably a better bet for power users. Overall, this is a great printer, and one of the few you can easily get during supply chain shortages.

So far, smiles. Reliable printing. Initial setup a snap under 1/2 hour. Software installation somewhat more time. Had to break up into two sessions due to my schedule. Otherwise, all systems go happily. This is my second Epson.

I am in love with this printer! I had an old HP sitting in my home office for years, and I didn't expect too much from this printer - but boy was I wrong! This printer is so nice, quiet, and has great features, like the ability for me to print documents and photos from my cellular device directly to the printer - EVEN WHEN I'M NOT AT HOME! It's amazing, and I look forward to purchasing more Epson products, but only from Best Buy!

This is my second 3820 and I use them both. One downstairs and upstairs. I love the easy interface with all my devices and the performance has been amazing from both.

Quick and easy home setup. I mostly use via the USB cable. Printer has wireless capabilities, and I have also connect wirelessly using the HP software, but be aware that you will need the local internet password ready to connect wirelessly. For most home user, it is likely easiest to connect via USB. Works well for scanning and copying as well. A great value!

I haven't had this printer set up for very long, only a few hours. I use one at my work place, these are great printers they and get the job done. That said, this one is set up at my home and I am looking forward to a great experience with this model as well. My best advice in setting up the little guy is to follow the getting started instructions included upon opening your carton, therefore eliminating any errors during installation. I don't use the wifi feature with my phone, nor do I use it to transmit faxes. I simply wanted an excellent wired in printer for my home computer and so far after printing my first document, I am satisfied with the print quality using standard paper. Look forward to many years of service, thanks to Epson!
