    Do not buy an Epson printer. This thing would not stayed connected to wifi. Have to reset up with every use. Finally got tired and threw it in the trash. Second Epson printer, but there won't be a third.

    I bought this printer a few months ago and have had trouble with it from the beginning. Especially after I replace the ink cartridges. I am bringing it back to Best Buy ASAP.

    I send files to it over the wireless network and it fails to print. I have to reboot the laptop for it to print the file. Not very good diagnostics.

    I am so annoyed with this product. I bought the printer a year ago. I vividly remember having a mental breakdown just trying to put the ink cartridges in. Once I finally figured it out, I could not get the printer to connect to anything, including my home wifi. I finally had it set up so that it was plugged into my computer, and any other device would have to join ITS “Wifi” network to print. Flash forward a year later and I CANNOT figure out how to replace the ink cartridges. Honestly just wish I wouldn’t have bought this printer.

    Doesnt allow the use of 3rd party ink. I bought replacement ink and it didnt work. I got it replaced and it worked until Epson ran a software update and they quit working. Epson original ink can run you as much as $87. Taking the loss and going back to Canon!
