It won't stay connected to Wifi, it keeps saying it is offline when it says excellent connection, I am lucky if I can print anything on it recently. Constantly saying there is problems. I have found if I turn it off, then reconnect it to the Wifi after turning it back on, it works but I don't want to have to do that every time I have to print, especially since I work at home!

Once it arrived I didn’t even finish unpacking it/setting it up. In my opinion it seemed to be much cheaper made than my previous HP printer (which still works great). After reading a lot of reviews I discovered that many people had issues with paper jamming and that the ink was more expensive etc. I returned this unit and bought an HP series comparable to my current HP printer. The new HP didn’t disappoint.

After enduring getting shipped and returned 2 other units through numerous calls to Epson, the 3rd one did work and let me get started. I then realized that some critical features that I used on the old model were not available on this one like it will print duplex, but not scan in duplex.

This product DOES NOT do two-sided scanning despite what it says on the box. I went through the users guide SEVERAL TIMES and there was no mention of two-sided scanning unless for some reason that information was placed in another section.

Little did I know that a standard color ink set for this printer (not the initial color cartridges) prints about 12 almost full color pages. That’s it. So after researching, an ISO is 5% of a page. So, a standard Epson 822 color cartridge set will hold 240 ISO. So at 5% multiplyed by 240 you get 12 whole pages of full color printing. Thats $3 a page! $3 a page…. Come on now. Thats just insulting. I cant wait to take this back to Best Buy
