This had a paper jam right out of the box. It didn’t even have any paper in it. I bought it so I could work from home while I had Covid. My option for replacement was drive to the store (1 hour away) and get a new printer. Clearly they didn’t think there was a reason I ordered it online.

A workhorse of a machine. Smaller footprint than I thought it would have which is great - it's higher due to the 250 sheet paper capacity, but it's not that wide or long. Easy to set up on WiFi, lift the top and plug in the starter cartridges (3 color cartridges & 1 black) and get to printing/copying. It's supposed to be able to handle a 20,000 sheet/month workload - I didn't test that ability. This prints quickly & clearly and it's fairly quiet. Clear color 2.7" touchscreen to assist with settings and operation.
Copy, print, scan & fax. This Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 handles them all with ease, and performs well. I am very happy with this machine.

The printer was advertised to come with a $30 rebate if I turned in my old printer for recycling. I did as such and Best Buy told me they would process the rebate the next day.
They took my old printer and did an about face and did not honor the rebate. Without the rebate this was definitely NOT a good value. Also, no one likes to be the victim of false advertising.

Uninstalled. Best Buy didn't have anyone who could install at time of purchase. Later found out printer does not come with a USB cable and Best Buy did not have one in stock 2 weeks later. Have not installed as of yet.

In the past 10 years, I have probably written less than 5 reviews. I dislike this printer so much that I am taking the time to give it a 1 star review. Ink runs out quickly, connection problems, etc. Best Buys usually has great products, but this is not one of them.

Would not recommend. Printer is difficult to connect to wireless network and continually loses connection even with excellent signal strength. Printer also lost IP address and had to be reset. Not reliable as each time planned for use it has lost connection to wireless network with computer or IOS phone connection. Inexpensive yet not worth the poor quality.
