However, I have not been impressed. I have replaced the black ink twice & the colored ink once. I’ve never printer in color & I rarely use my printer. I have not even gone through a 1/4 of the packet of paper I bought, but the ink keeps dwindling. Plus you can not print black only even if your colored ink is low. You have to have all 4 colors for your printer to work. Now my maintenance box is almost full now. So that will be even more money I have to spend. I honestly wish I could return it and get my money back.

IMMEDIATELY thereafter the third-party cartridges I purchased from BBY aren't recognized and the printer is a brick. Go with another brand. Don't support legalized theft.

The two sided printing and copying is either deceptive advertising or too complicated for me to figure out. I suggest to anyone adult in the workforce, spend the money and buy a better all in one. This one is not worth the money or headache.
