It didn’t even have any paper in it. I bought it so I could work from home while I had Covid. My option for replacement was drive to the store (1 hour away) and get a new printer. Clearly they didn’t think there was a reason I ordered it online.

Trouble!

The light would go on and off. one day it will work with the iPad and another day it would work with my laptop and not the iPad. I returned this printer.

IMMEDIATELY thereafter the third-party cartridges I purchased from BBY aren't recognized and the printer is a brick. Go with another brand. Don't support legalized theft.

I did as such and Best Buy told me they would process the rebate the next day. They took my old printer and did an about face and did not honor the rebate. Without the rebate this was definitely NOT a good value. Also, no one likes to be the victim of false advertising.

I dislike this printer so much that I am taking the time to give it a 1 star review. Ink runs out quickly, connection problems, etc. Best Buys usually has great products, but this is not one of them.

Best Buy didn't have anyone who could install at time of purchase. Later found out printer does not come with a USB cable and Best Buy did not have one in stock 2 weeks later. Have not installed as of yet.
