Would not recommend. Printer is difficult to connect to wireless network and continually loses connection even with excellent signal strength. Printer also lost IP address and had to be reset. Not reliable as each time planned for use it has lost connection to wireless network with computer or IOS phone connection. Inexpensive yet not worth the poor quality.

Bought it due to so many praises online for epson printers. It would feed 2-3 pages per print and bend and crease the other pages in the tray. Print on half pages even after the paper was set correctly. The noise didn't bother as it's expected just wish the print quality was better, and that it would print correctly. Had it for 10 days, returning it and purchasing another canon printer.

I have done a lot more printing at home since switching to working from home due to the pandemic. Had a much older Epson Inkjet that worked well for many years, but lately the ink kept drying up/heads clogging, so this new Epson - WorkForce® Pro WF-3820 Wireless All-in-One Printer is a welcome upgrade with more features suitable for a home office. It was well packed, maybe too well :-) with lots of blue tape strips holding every imaginable part securely in place. The initial setup and WiFi connection is super easy through the built-in 2.7” LCD touchscreen display. The prints are high quality, crisp colors and dark blacks. Pros: - Easy to use 2.7” touch-screen LCD - Fast start-up and high-speed printing rivals some laser printers (21ppm b&w) - ADF scanning for up to 35 pages - Automatic 2-sided printing, saves paper and trees - Mobile device printing for iOS and Android devices - Multiple connectivity options, USB, Ethernet, WiFi, Web Cons: - Cost of Ink is just over one third of total printer cost - Paper tray feels a bit fragile, some thin plastic parts so be gentle operating it - No double sided ADF scanning

Do not buy this printer. Multiple issues and it’s only a couple months old. It prints slow and has constant connectivity issues. If it is not one issue it’s another. Don’t waste your money like I did mine.

Bought this for Scan-to-Email. The setup for this is the most difficult imaginable. Authentication errors. Awful. Manual is not helpful. The onboard screen menu is guaranteed to frustrate anyone. I have used scan to email on all kinds of printers and this one is horrible.

Horrible. Had feeder issue grabbing paper or envelopes since day one. It printed envelopes very slow like it took forever to print just one. Printer is to smart for its own good every time you open tray it asks if you changed paper etc and to confirm it. The settings never matched up with the computer.

The printer works well but getting it to communicate with the computer has been tough. Even after giving it a print command it takes 40 seconds before the printer responds. Epson customer service is very difficult to understand, however, they say the lag time is normal. My other printers don’t act like this

This is about average for printing, it works fine. But the automatic feeder on top for scanning has constantly jammed from day one. It has been cleaned multiple times and checked for anything that could hang it up and there is nothing, but yet as soon as it starts to feed in it jams. And customer service is a joke. They don’t understand you or anything you’re telling them and give absolutely no help on how to maybe fix the issue or if the scanner is just defective. If I wouldn’t have missed on the return date, it would have been returned. Don’t waste your money.
