Worked fine for three weeks. Then couldn't find wifi or print from any wireless device. Trouble shot all suggestions from Epson. Main problem is only a 15 day return policy. At time of purchase there was an extended policy in place. It would print from lan connection but only after trouble shooting several times. Did purchase another Epson waiting for delivery.

The printer was ok but the print was not real black as my old HP so when Matt the 'Geek' guy was here I asked him if he could get it working on my new printer. On line and your store people said it wouldn't work. But He got it - He is worth a great deal be sure to keep him on staff.

I got this printer at the begining of March, I need the printer for work!!! It worked one time and since has not worked, IT people from work said the printer is most likely defectiive. My job is pretty busy so now I am using vacation time to find a new printer and bring this one back. Hope there is no issue brining it back

This printer is horrible, it never works. On the rare occasion that it decides to print something, it takes about 30 minutes to print one page. Disgusted.

The printer is very problematic, I can never turn it on and do the simple copy, scan, etc features. There’s always an issue and it’s very slow, I wish I could have returned it but i missed the return date, which is a short time frame.

The top feed doesn't work every time. Paper jams several times a day. It makes loud breaking noises after each sheet of paper is feeding through.

No after market ink!

Did an update of the firmware and now it does not recognize my after market ink cartridges. Quit H.P. because of ink issues (making it very difficult to use anything but their ink), now happening with Epson. Otherwise good enough printer.

Out of all of the printers i have ever had, I must say that this is by far the worst printer i have ever owned. It eats the ink up very quickly. The maintenance functions do not work like they should. my advice, get rid of it.
