easy set up. Prints quickly and looks great. Definitely recommend

Bought an HP Series printer 2 years ago that was a piece of crap and was $20 more. Had bought the Geek Squad plan and was able to replace it with this Epson for free. Much better quality and was able to set it up with a USB cable instead of using internet. I have bad internet where I live.

Had some issues connecting to my WiFi through my iPad but after working it out it’s been rock solid. Once I download the Epson app , all good. Epson should stress in their setup that the app is needed initially. Print quality is very good.

Great printer for the price very diverse easy to setup

Prints very fast. Was easy to set up, and so far have had no problems with it. So lovely to be able to print over WiFi!

Works well. Not crazy about paper tray set up. It is all a material, I think some type of plastic. I would of liked some other other materials.

ADF failed shortly after one year warranty expired. Now I have to manually feed all copy and scanned documents on the glass. Bought new, not remanufactured. The other continuing issue is firmware updates that cause issues with maintaining the wireless connection. Troubleshooting unsuccessful. But, wait for it...the next firmware update will correct the problem. In the mean time, each time you wish to print, and the print fails, check the connection. Reboot printer, which by the way, uses more ink to clean nozzles. Wireless connection restored. However more time and ink lost. Other than that printer works ok.

This printer satisfies all my requirements at an affordable price. Very quiet and good quality prints.

For the price this printer is a "No Brainer" Setup was easy and it works great for my home business.

My Mac mini was old and wouldn’t connect. I bought a new Mac mini from Best Buy and let the Geek Squad transfer data. Several trips to the store later it still wouldn’t work. They wouldn’t come to my house without charging a huge fee. I returned the Mac and still looking for a solution. I don’t know if the printer works or not.

The printer works great. It was just what i needed.

This printer is amazing. The color comes out great on pictures like even the sun was shinning in my picture. I love that u can also print from your phone. Easy to use to connect wireless. Definitely would recommend getting one.

I have a hard time connecting the printer to my computer and the internet at home at first but after that it was good and affordable printer.

Set up was easy with the exception of I only have a WiFi phone system and haven’t figured out how to get the fax to work!!

Great printer great price easy set up hope it last

Scans prints has a fax line, but the document Loader frequently malfunctions, rips pages. That was the reason we retired our old Epson, which worked fine, except for that issue. At least this one has a workaround where you can manually load each page onto the scanner, so that you can have multiple pages in one scan.. it’s labor intensive, but better than not being able to scan multiple pages

Not a bad printer at all. After going through the set-up mode and installing the print cartridges, i printed out 1 sheet of paper. All was perfect. I haven't used the scan yet but the copy mode worked fine as well. Not a bad investment.
