Extremely easy to set up. Took less than an hour. Connected Windows, ChromeBook and Ipad with no problems. Only thing I forgot to do was to download the Epson ScanSmart App so first attempt at scanning didn't go well. But once app downloaded, there was no problem.

The printer is great. The only problem is we didn’t need to purchase it. The Geek Squad mis-diagnosed our problem in tellingly us our old printer was defective. Ended up being our router so. We bought a printer we didn’t need $$$$

    Printer Error

    Posted .

Not sure. I was able to get the printer to print a few pictures, but the next day I attempted to print from notepad and repeatedly received "Error - printing", the printer could not print you document. After attempting 5 times I thought I'd write this review. I've been a software engineer for over 30 years, so typically I know how to work with technology. I believe it may have something to do with the printer thinking it has a certain type of paper in the tray other than what I loaded. I worked with rectifying that but no go. My end assessment: Printer quality very high based on the few images I printed, but Interface leaves pitfalls you may fall in to.

I really like the printer BUT even after my agent was here to connect everything my iPhone will not recognize the printer with WiFi. So I haven’t been able to use it as planned. Nice

Does most things well. Occasional paper jams as if feeds multiple pages at once. Also I did not realize that it cannot do duplex scanning.

The Epson 3820 is a replacement for a very good HP that was no longer supported but is still performing nicely with an old off-line Dell computer. The Epson has a few more bells and whistles and seems to be an excellent replacement. I'm irked with HP for making me spend money right now, but I think the Epson is a good choice. Not that difficult to set up. Works well. Paper feed is an improvement. It will also please my inner decorator once I get a 3-prong extension cord that isn't international orange.

This printer was very easy to set up and use. I had a Canon printer in the past that was not even close to the ease with which this Epson printer operates. I would highly recommend it.

Great Printer, medium priced ink, Sustainable tho

This printer is fantastic. We are a small theater and print over 100 calendars a week, 50 4x6 fliers a week, and 25-50 No. 10 envelopes a month. The ink lasts about two weeks being used constantly and the only reason I am rating 4 stars is because the ink is expensive compared to other WF models I have experience with from the past.
