    The printer works fine, if you are okay with firmware updates disabling your printer for using an after-market ink cartridge. Shady, deceptive, and completely infuriating business practice.

      Hello, the Epson WF-3820 is designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges and ink supplies are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, they may not function properly. Epson provides information about the design of the printer on the box as well as many other locations, including materials shipped with the printer.     I have to keep fixing the printed fire it to recognize the job including printing. It doesn't help that it took longer than stated to recieved it.
