I purchased my Epson WF3820 in early December, as, I needed to copy 175 pages of a document... breezed right through it. What an ease to Scan documents and send to my files. It didn't take me long to set-up it was easy. Once I learned how to operate my Epson I purchased on for my daughter and set it up for her, she loves it.

I’ve owned Work Force “WF” series printers in the past and have always liked them. Espson has also been really great about replacing them when they break. I already had an inktank printer at home and i think its very good and offers savings over the long run. But I needed another printer for my remote office. This model was on sale for half off so I got. Two stand out items for me are the print speed and quality, it really looks like laser print but no heat. And the touch screen is great, it is small but works very well. Menus are all familiar etc. Ink cost is the only downside but for my low volume its a worthwhile trade off. 5 stars when its on sale, its an excellent value.

This ink-jet printer was easy ton set up. It covers all our low demand copy, print and scan need as well as we need. The idea of getting the tank style ink printers were very tempting but we just don't print enough to warrant spending an additional $150 initial purchase price.

Works as described and I use it only for paper printing and making copies.

Very happy with this scanner/printer. It was very easy to set up and connect to wifi. Very reliable and prints much faster than my previous printer. I would definitely recommend this printer.

Affordable, Works great, Bluetooth ability, and easy to use. Ink replacement is pricey

Very quiet printing. Wasn’t too hard to set up. Seems to have a lag time in wireless printing, but that may be more our network than the printer.

It is nice inj is reasonable but I think printing at least for how mine is set up. It doesn’t print the fastest, but it is pretty good though I would recommend buying.

I purchased for my cousin that just got married. I told her to pick a gift. She's very happy. She and her husband will get great use with this printer. The Epson name itself is great.

I've purchased two Epson WorkForce printers in the past, and they lasted several years. This newest printer meets my needs. I expected the same, if not better, level of quality than the previous WF printers I owned. This All-In-One does not disappoint. Even better? I got it on sale.

Easy set up. quick print and scanning. Good value for the price.

Great quality printer. Does everything I need it to. The only downside is it goes thru ink like crazy.

Yes, I am very pleased with my purchase! But the lie about 6 months' free ink, I don't like being lied to.

Quick set up and has worked well so far. I was able to get it unboxed, plugged in and printing within 15 minutes. I got it one week ago today. The only minor annoyance is when the wifi has a hiccup, it seems the only way to get the printer to reconnect to the wifi is to restart the printer.

Performs well, but I would prefer a printed Help guide.

Easy to set up. quiet and prints documents beautifully

Great value, multifunctions, user friendly. Love it! Also was able to trade in my old HP printer which became obsolete and I could not get any ink for it. Thanks to Epson for a great printer model WF-3820 and convenient promotion!
