I have not tried the fax. Had to buy a new usb/usb b cord (from Best Buy) because this printer didn't work with my old usb cord I had for years. It prints both sides, but it's slow. Right now, my only issue sometimes I have to repeat adding the software on my computer. I believe it has to do with you can only use Espon products with this printer.

Good home printer. I don't print a lot so I can't speak to overal ink life or home business use but for the occasional printing it's perfect.

It's easy to set up. I get quality printing and it is a fast printer.

Everything seems to work well on it. Seems fairly easy to navigate. Have not used it a whole lot yet.

So far so good! I've had it for 2 months. I've faxed, made copies, scanned... everything worked well. It was easy to setup also. It operates quietly! However, I cant seem to be able to print everything from my phone or laptop.

Super great all in one printer!! It is just as wonderful as the nice gentleman who helped me order it over the phone said it would be. Everything that's said about it online is true and the speed is just phenomenal.

I am really pleased with everything about this new printer. Easy to use, works like a champ. It was set up and operational in no time. I wish everything I bought met my expectations the way this has. Great value for the cost.

Printer fits our needs. Print is clear and easy to read. Like the window that shows what and how to fix any problems with the printer. Worth the price we paid. Would recommend to others

Near-laser quality, speed, and dependability. Epson is of 4 brands that I would recommend.

This is my second Epson Pro Workforce 3820. This is a great printer with lots of printing options. Great for home use for sure and can take a heavy workload of printing.

I have been very impressed with the ease of use for this printer. Simple to operate and it connected with all of the devices I needed it to. Would highly recommend.

East set up , works great. Lightweight and very quiet.

Excellent printer, reasonably priced. Quick, easy setup. User friendly with no issues at all. I cannot yet speak to ink usage, but I use it daily and it appears that I still have plenty of ink remaining.

Love this printer. Purchased to replace a printer that was difficult to use. This one is super easy and no hassle! Appreciate the screen on the printer that allows you to make selections and change settings without having to connect to an app.

My first non HP printer and WOW! It’s all smooth, quick, on point and nothing appears flimsy.i print a lot of schedules and I even did a photo just to see. I’m impressed.
