Works perfectly. Was looking for a budget printer and came across this one. Had it for months no issues. Very easy to use.

Once connected it works great. But, the "help line" contact given in the instructions wanted to charge an additional $ amount to get it connected wirelessly! I was able to skirt that extortion fee by going thru my laptop's (DELL) "help line"!

this printer was packed very well and this printer was easy to set up and it gives you updates when needed.

This product printer is one of the best i have ever used. It not only copies but also does back sides too. I can print from my android phone or my computer. It is easy to hook up to wireless internet and start making copies. I am so glad the associate salesperson explained and had so much knowledge and experience in the printer. I have told my friends about the EPSON printer and they went and bought the same one i have. So thank you for making my job easier and making it easier to understand its functions.

Excellent printer, reasonably priced. Quick, easy setup. User friendly with no issues at all. I cannot yet speak to ink usage, but I use it daily and it appears that I still have plenty of ink remaining.

So frustrating that printer manufacturers cannot keep up with wifi technology. I have owned every major brand of printer and they all eventually experience the same unnecessarily time consuming problem- unable to locate wifi. After a week this thing will disconnect from our wifi, forcing me to spend a ridiculous amount of time resetting everything - printer, router, computer and every other device connected to the printer. We have a new mesh wifi system because our last printer had the same issue, so we upgraded everything and the problem still exists. The printer cannot locate wifi and the only solution is to reset the router, it’s not the router and no other devices have connectivity issues, its is 100% the printer. Once it is reset, the printer creates a “new connection” and does not use what was previously programmed into the printer, forcing every connected device - computers, tablets, phones, etc. to establish a new connection and reset all preferences. (I print payroll so this is completely unacceptable.) I've been averaging 35+ minutes of frustration every time I need to use the printer and today, it won't even work at all. Pages print blank and the screen shows and error messaging saying to restart the printer, which just repeats the same loop of malfunction. This printer lasted exactly 1 year....

Pretty good printer. The only negative is the wifi. Whenever I try to do an update, i have to turn it off and on and reconnect to the wifi. It's a bit annoying, but the print quality is very good.

I love the touch screen, easy to install and operate. Quality is good and sturdy. Would purchase again when needed.

Printer works great, however I did have some issues with downloading the initial set up program online due to me not having a spot for a CD on my laptop and my antivirus wouldnt allow the program to complete. But after some troubleshooting every thing works fantastic.

Really great printer, bought it for document printing not pictures, so can't comment on that. Very reasonable and good quality print. I love being able to print easily from my phone.
