Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the printer, but the loading of the driver took me 2 hours of trying to figure it out myself since instructions no longer are included just the cd disk and my laptop doesn't have a cd reader. 2 more hours on the phone with geek squad giving them permission to remote in. Finally after 4 hours can print from my computer and cell phone.

Awesome touchscreen and speedy

Paper tray is delicate and take a bunch of manipulating to get it to fit your paper size. Plastic seems a bit thin on the paper tray so breakage might occur.

I learned that model was upgraded to WF-3820, so I purchased this model. I am very satisfied with this model and feel like I got a great deal, purchasing for $100 off original price! 5 stars!
