Does every thing it's supposed to do. Doc feeder works good. Can print on both sides of paper. Only Con, paper tray is not easy to install. At times it stops, about 1/2 in. from seating. On average, it takes 3-4 tries to get it to seat. I had a WF printer for 7 years. This almost never jammed, like this one. What happened Epson? Also, these cartridges cost more than before.

Fast printing and scanning. East to set up and connect to your network. Also nice having a seperate cartridge for each color. No more tricolor cartridge wasting ink.

WF-3820 works well, I like fact that it prints on both sides of copy paper. My biggest complaint is the difficulty Wi-Fi hook up with Mac. It took at least 35 minutes on the phone with tech that had little or no knowledge of English not to mention that I could not speak Indian either. Printer prints fairly well and is fast. I have hadn't 3 weeks without any problem. I did buy extended warranty to be safe.

Pretty good printer. Prints faster than my previous printer. Good quality. Haven't printed that much yet to see how long the ink cartridges last. Since it only has one paper source it is a bit cumbersome to print photos, you have to remove the plain paper and put in the photo paper then tell it you are changing the paper size, etc.

The printer was very easy to set up. While we haven't used it too much as yet, it seems to be doing fine so far. I have always used HP printers for years, but it seems that since HP started the instant ink program, I have had nothing but problems. I have trashed two printers because all of a sudden they stop printing in black and the cartridge is more than half full. We'll see if we have the same issue with Epson.

Great Printer Except For WiFi Capability

Fast, reliable printer/scanner/copier. Good qualtiy. I am not using the fax capability. Overall, very pleased with this printer so far. My only complaint is that the WiFi setup did NOT work. The printer then gives you like a dozen options for correcting the problem, many of which I did not even understand. Very frustrating. So I finally gave up and just hooked it up with a USB cable.

I have had this printer for 4 weeks. Everything has been fine: easy set up and functional right away. I do not have experience yet with toner life. My only surprise is that printing images on standard copier paper results in damp paper which may not lie flat again. Using photo paper would resolve that I quess.

Have Epson Work Force Pro 3720 for several years. No problems, meets my office needs. Had to get the 3820 as 3720 no longer available. My programmer wanted to purchase another brand but I said no. Very satisfied with the 3720 and expect same results from 3820.
